I just purchased credits, but my balance hasn't updated

Credit balance not updating? No worries, try these fixes!

1. Close the payment page and check if your balance is what it should be.  Still not working?

2. Click on the small "refresh" icon beside the "Buy credits" button and that should do the trick!

3. If you're still having issues, try reloading the whole page and join the stream again.

I have purchased credits but I'm stuck on a page that is not live

When buying credits via the website, a new tab will open for you.

When you're all done with your purchase, you can just close this new tab and you should be back to where you started in Live! and you can head back into the stream you were viewing.
